Minus the aiming part, but if you're summoning a screen-filling black hole there's no real need to aim D. Technically the secondary on mine uses Explosive Shot and hence implements gun functionality. All a gun can do is "shooting", probably shooting cool things, but the stance and idea stays the same. Probably because that on the one hand, on the visuals, guns can't compare with the coolness of complex swordplay comboes and on the other hand, on special effects, guns are again inferior to staves which can conjure up immensely complex, destructive and flashy spells. Oddly enough everyone submitted either a melee weapon or a staff. Props to everyone's submissions! It was cool seeing everyone kind of specialize in what they liked. I'm normally all about swords, but this is some really unique way of making projectiles and such.
My creations are aren't quite as awesome as these but I'd like to compete! Wheelbarrow made in usaĭang, a whole load of really cool weapons. I hope we have another one of these contests. I was expecting some cool stuff but not this level of awesome. It's above the "cool gimmick" of the fire gauntlets and summoning sabre, but not so crazy that it ruins immersion. The amount of effort and creativity put inside every single creation is overwhelming! This competition was a seriously great idea and I hope we will get another one pretty soon again.
They all pretty much blew away my creation and I'm not even upset or anything because these things are just completly awesome. The winner and runners up will be announced 24 hours after this post is Live. I appreciate everyone who took the time to enter and I wish you the best of luck in the polls!
